Send new Klaviyo profiles to Slack

Notify a Slack channel when a new customer profile is created in Klaviyo. Connect Klaviyo and Slack, then browse to the Slack channel that should receive the alert. FastHook checks Klaviyo every 5 minutes and sends the profile name, email address, profile ID and creation time. Includes its own fictional German customer example. Only profiles created after the workflow is activated are included; existing profiles are not backfilled. Phone numbers, consent records, custom properties, list memberships and OAuth credentials are not copied into Slack. The message uses plain text with link and media previews disabled. Klaviyo API delays can postpone a notification until a later poll, and manual reruns can post a duplicate message. This template only sends notifications and does not update the Klaviyo profile.
