Send Garmin activity details to Telegram
Send a complete activity summary to Telegram when Garmin Connect delivers New Activity Details. Just two steps: the Garmin trigger and Telegram Send Message. In-line formulas prepare the English-language message directly in the Text field; no Code, AI or extra Formatter steps are required. Includes the activity name and type, local start time, duration, distance in kilometres, moving time, device, average and maximum speed, ascent and descent, elevation and temperature ranges, sample count and lap count. Missing optional values are omitted and zero values are preserved. Connect Garmin with activity-data access, connect the FastHook Telegram bot, and choose your Chat Id; for a channel, allow the bot to post. Review the fictional trigger example, test the message when ready, then activate. This handles new detail events after activation, not historical imports or FIT/GPX/TCX attachments. The message can be edited in the Telegram step.

Send Telegram alerts for new Garmin activities
Send a Telegram message when Garmin Connect delivers a new Activity Summary. Connect Garmin Connect and allow ACTIVITY_EXPORT, then connect the FastHook Telegram bot and choose a destination chat where it can post. The Code step formats the activity type, Garmin local date and time when an offset is present (otherwise UTC), duration and distance in kilometres. Missing values appear as ‘нет данных’; the message text is in Russian, matching the original workflow. This recipe handles new summaries received after activation; it does not backfill older activities or include GPS tracks, laps or FIT/GPX/TCX files. The fictional example is only for checking mappings. Members of the chosen Telegram chat can see the activity details. Confirm the bot can post and the trigger is connected before syncing a test activity. A manual rerun can send the same notification again.

Does the template copy someone else's credentials?
No. FastHook creates a disconnected Draft. Connect your own Garmin Connect, Telegram Bot accounts before activation.
Can I change the Steps and mappings?
Yes. The copied Workflow is an editable Draft. Review every Step, input, mapping, and route before you activate it.
What is copied into my workspace?
FastHook recreates the Trigger configuration, Action Steps, routes, and mappings with new IDs. Provider accounts, credentials, and secrets are never copied.
When does the Workflow start running?
Only after you connect the required accounts, finish the configuration, and explicitly activate the Draft.
