Ready-made Workflow
Create a row in the Activities data source of the Notion Fitness Tracker when Garmin Connect delivers a new Activity Summary. Duplicate the Notion template at https://www.notion.com/templates/fitness-tracker-738, connect Garmin Connect with ACTIVITY_EXPORT and Notion, grant the FastHook Notion connection access to Activities, then select that data source in the action. Maps Activity Name, Activity Type, Date, Distance (km), Duration (min), Calories and Avg Pace when present. Garmin source and IDs are kept in the page body. Includes a fictional example for mapping review. Only new summaries received after activation are captured; previous activities are not imported and later updates are not synchronized. A manual rerun may create a duplicate row. Uses built-in mapping functions; no Code step is required.
