Ready-made Workflow
Append one Google Sheets row when a new order is created in your connected WooCommerce store. Keep an order-creation register with Order ID, Order number, Status at creation, Total, Currency and Created GMT in columns A-F. Connect WooCommerce and Google Sheets, then use the standard browser to select the spreadsheet and worksheet. The existing trigger watches order.created for the connected store; no product or order selection is required. Append Values works with an empty worksheet and does not require column headers. A new order is not necessarily paid: pending and on-hold orders are included and their original status is recorded. Totals are preserved as decimal strings in the order currency, without division by 100 or conversion. date_created_gmt is the source GMT creation timestamp, not payment or fulfillment time. Includes its own fictional Hamburg example with German text in an unmapped customer note. Names, email addresses, billing and shipping addresses, notes, payment details and line items are not copied into the sheet. RAW input prevents formula-looking strings from being interpreted as formulas. Wait for Connected before creating a fictional test order. Existing orders are not backfilled; later payment, fulfillment, cancellation, edits, refunds and deletion do not update past rows. Customized webhook payloads from store plugins may require mapping adjustments. Manual reruns can duplicate rows. This is an event register, not a current order-state synchronization or accounting ledger.
