Connect Apify

In Apify, open Settings → API & Integrations and create a dedicated API token. Choose Apify in FastHook and paste the token. FastHook verifies your profile and stores the token encrypted. The token must allow access to the resources used by your workflow.

02

Map your Workflow data

Connect your accounts and map the required fields from earlier steps. Test with data you control before activation.

Before you activate

Actor execution can consume Apify credits. Review Actor pricing and set time and spending limits before activating a workflow. Connecting does not start an Actor or upgrade your plan. The first poll establishes a baseline. Completion polling uses a 30-day window and scans at most 10,000 runs; it is not an instant webhook. Resurrected runs can produce a new completion event. List Actions return one page. Use offset/limit or exclusiveStartKey to read further pages; pagination headers are included in the output. File upload uses native binary PUT, up to 25 MiB. Downloads and other responses are limited to 2 MiB; request smaller dataset pages when needed. Prefer asynchronous runs with completion polling. Synchronous API calls are bounded by FastHook’s request timeout and may finish in Apify after a timeout. The catalog follows the official REST v2 schema. Restricted tokens, roles, paid Actors and feature entitlements determine which operations your account can use. Disconnect removes the saved FastHook connection. Revoke or rotate the dedicated token in Apify to end provider access. API-token connections do not use OAuth refresh. Webhook management Actions are available, but managed instant subscriptions are not included. Secure and verify any manually configured callback before using its payload.
