You retain ownership of webhook payloads, headers, configuration, and other data submitted to FastHook.
You are responsible for configuring sources, connections, destinations, authentication, filters, and retry behavior correctly.
These terms cover FastHook access, service operation, customer data, third-party services, acceptable use, availability, fees, termination, disclaimers, and liability.
By accessing or using FastHook, you agree to these Terms. If you use FastHook on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
FastHook provides webhook infrastructure that can receive, store, route, transform, inspect, retry, and deliver webhook traffic to configured destinations. You are responsible for configuring sources, connections, destinations, authentication settings, filters, transformations, and retry behavior correctly.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account or team. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account, API keys, OAuth grants, or destination credentials have been compromised.
You retain ownership of webhook payloads, headers, configuration, and other data you submit to FastHook. You grant FastHook the rights needed to process that data to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FastHook complies with laws, contracts, provider rules, and privacy obligations that apply to your data and destinations.
FastHook may connect to third-party services such as webhook producers, HTTP receivers, OAuth providers, Google APIs, hosting providers, or authentication providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
If you connect FastHook to Google services, you authorize FastHook to request and use the Google OAuth scopes you approve for the purpose of delivering configured webhook events or providing the requested functionality.
FastHook's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You agree not to use FastHook to:
FastHook uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for protecting secrets, API keys, OAuth grants, and receiver credentials you configure in FastHook.
FastHook may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We may perform maintenance or respond to incidents that affect availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, receiver failures, provider retries, invalid configuration, or webhook payloads rejected by your destinations.
Some FastHook features may be free, paid, or usage-based. If paid plans are offered, billing terms shown at purchase or in the dashboard apply. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges associated with your use.
You may stop using FastHook at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or reliability risk, or use the service unlawfully. Certain provisions survive termination, including those relating to data processing, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and payment obligations.
FastHook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastHook will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of FastHook after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
