FastHook Terms of Service

These terms cover FastHook access, service operation, customer data, third-party services, acceptable use, availability, fees, termination, disclaimers, and liability.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FastHook, you agree to these Terms. If you use FastHook on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service

FastHook provides a visual automation service. Workflows can start from supported app events, webhooks, or configured schedules and perform supported app Actions, HTTP requests, data mapping, transformations, conditions, delays, and array processing. Run history records execution results. Direct webhook routing, inspection, retries, and replay are also available.

Available operations depend on the provider, connected account, permissions, and current product support. You are responsible for selecting resources, configuring the automation, and verifying its results. Workflow activation, step tests, retries, and replay can send messages, create or update records, or produce other effects in connected services. Test with appropriate data and targets and account for duplicate effects when an operation is repeated.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account or team. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account, API keys, connected-account credentials, OAuth grants, or destination credentials have been compromised.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of workflow configuration, app data, inputs, outputs, webhook payloads, and other data you submit to FastHook. You grant FastHook the rights needed to process that data to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FastHook complies with laws, contracts, provider rules, and privacy obligations that apply to your data and destinations.

5. Third-Party Services

FastHook may connect to third-party services such as connected apps, app APIs, webhook producers, HTTP receivers, OAuth providers, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, hosting providers, or authentication providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Google API Services

If you connect FastHook to Google services, you authorize FastHook to request and use the Google OAuth scopes you approve for the Triggers, Actions, resource selection, and other user-facing functionality you configure.

FastHook's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FastHook to:

• violate laws or third-party rights;
• send malware, phishing content, spam, abusive traffic, or harmful payloads;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks;
• interfere with FastHook reliability, security, or rate limits;
• store or transmit data you are not authorized to process.

8. Security

FastHook uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for protecting secrets, API keys, OAuth grants, and receiver credentials you configure in FastHook.

9. Availability

FastHook may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We may perform maintenance or respond to incidents that affect availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, receiver failures, provider limits, revoked access, invalid configuration, or data rejected by connected apps or destinations.

10. Fees

FastHook is currently free during launch, as described on the pricing page. If paid plans are introduced, the billing terms shown at purchase or in the dashboard will apply. Connected providers may charge separately under their own terms. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges associated with your use.

11. Termination

You may stop using FastHook at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or reliability risk, or use the service unlawfully. Certain provisions survive termination, including those relating to data processing, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and payment obligations.

12. Disclaimers

FastHook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastHook will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of FastHook after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
