Cal.com + Slack

Cal.com · Slack

Notify Slack about new Cal.com bookings

Connect Cal.com using a dedicated API key. FastHook creates a signed account-level webhook when activated and removes owned subscriptions after the last consumer is paused. Team-owned booking links may need their own team/event-type hook. Cal.com sends booking data to the selected destination. No account IDs, resource IDs or secrets are included. Manual reruns can duplicate destination effects. Test with fictional bookings before activation. Choose your Slack channel before activation. Messages contain the title, booking UID, start time and event time; no email addresses are copied.

Cal.com + Webhook

Webhook · Cal.com

Get a Cal.com booking from a webhook

Receive a JSON webhook containing booking_uid, then retrieve the complete Cal.com booking using your connected API key. Connect Cal.com and send a real booking UID owned by an account you may access. The first step only reads a booking; it does not create, reschedule or cancel meetings. Use the complete response in later steps. The example UID is fictional and must be replaced. No private resource IDs or webhook URL are included. Pause disables the webhook source.

Before you activate

API coverage follows the frozen official API v2 specification reviewed on November 2, 2026. Named Actions do not imply that every operation has been exercised on a live account. Team, organization, managed-organization, payment, conferencing and administrator operations require their corresponding Cal.com plan, role and resources. A personal account cannot exercise all of them. Deprecated Platform APIs and OAuth grant/client lifecycle endpoints are excluded from this API-key connection. API v1 and private undocumented endpoints are outside this integration. Account-level webhooks cover the connected user. Team-owned booking links may require separate team/event-type webhooks; those can be managed using the corresponding Actions. Do not assume account-level hooks include every team or organization event. No-show webhooks are evaluated five minutes after the start and require Cal Video. Other event types require their underlying Cal.com feature. Some payloads are flat or omit fields; mapping must match the selected event. FastHook verifies the HMAC signature over the original payload. Byte-identical webhook redeliveries share a receipt identity; changed payloads or timestamps may represent new deliveries. This is not an exactly-once guarantee for uncertain external mutations. A dedicated API key is used instead of OAuth. There is no refresh token. Replace the key in FastHook when it expires; revoke it in Cal.com when ending access. Disconnect removes local access. Image uploads accept one authorized File up to 10 MiB; Cal.com content-type, dimensions and account limits still apply. Pagination is explicit: map the returned cursor or update take/skip for subsequent pages. Pause disables the Workflow source. FastHook reconciles and removes webhook subscriptions it owns when no active workflow requires them; unrelated provider webhooks are retained.
