Webhook · CloudConvert
Connect CloudConvert. Send a public file URL and output_format in the webhook JSON. Creates an asynchronous import → convert → export job. Processing may consume CloudConvert credits. Use Job finished to handle the download URL.
CloudConvert · Google Sheets
Connect CloudConvert and Google Sheets. Choose the spreadsheet and worksheet. Each signed Job finished event appends job ID, tag, status and completion time. RAW values prevent formulas in incoming data.
Choose CloudConvert in FastHook, click Connect and authorize access to your account profile, jobs, tasks and webhook settings. The connection uses the live CloudConvert API and is stored encrypted.
Connect your accounts and map the required fields from earlier steps. Test with data you control before activation.
File processing can consume CloudConvert credits. Available formats, engines, quotas and permissions depend on your account. Create job is asynchronous. Use Job finished to process the result; a successful creation response does not mean the conversion finished. List actions return one page. Use page, per_page and the returned pagination metadata to read more. Export download URLs expire. Copy results to your own storage before they expire. External storage requires your own storage permissions. Do not automatically retry failed conversions: CloudConvert already retries transient processing errors. Review a failed task before using Retry task. Disconnecting in FastHook removes the local connection. Revoke FastHook in CloudConvert Authorized Applications to remove the provider grant.
Build your Workflow
Choose CloudConvert in FastHook, click Connect and authorize access to your account profile, jobs, tasks and webhook settings. The connection uses the live CloudConvert API and is stored encrypted.
Create jobs combining import, conversion and export tasks. Optimize files, create thumbnails, merge documents, manipulate PDFs, work with archives and file metadata. Upload a File to an import task with multipart, up to 25 MiB. Read jobs and tasks, cancel or retry tasks, and inspect available conversion options. Start workflows from signed Job created, Job finished and Job failed events
