Authorize Intercom through OAuth in an eligible workspace and select a support event or Action.
- Select the event or Action you want to use in a Workflow.
- Connect your account and map the required fields from earlier steps.
- Test with data you control, review the result, then activate the Workflow.
Before you activate
- The current integration targets the US API region. Other regions are not covered.
- Intercom application approval can restrict installation outside the owning workspace.
