Before you activate

PDF.co charges credits by operation and document size. The free trial and paid plans have different allowances and retention periods; review your PDF.co balance before activating repeated workflows. The catalog covers 69 named HTTP operations from the official Postman collection and current PDF/A and file-download documentation. Examples are not complete request schemas, and catalog coverage does not mean every operation was live tested. Async processing returns a jobId. Check the job with the Job Check Action or provide a FastHook Webhook URL as a callback. PDF.co does not provide an account-wide event feed, so there is no native PDF.co Trigger. PDF.co may retry callbacks. Authenticate incoming Webhooks and make downstream effects safe for repeated delivery. A submitted async job and a completed job are different states. FastHook limits multipart upload to one File up to 25 MiB, JSON requests to 128 KiB, and direct API responses and stored-file downloads to 2 MiB. PDF.co may enforce smaller limits. Temporary output URLs expire. The pre-signed large-file PUT is not exposed as an arbitrary-URL Action; use the named small-file multipart upload or another approved file source. API-key connections do not refresh through OAuth. Disconnecting removes the local FastHook connection; to invalidate a key, regenerate it in PDF.co, which can also break other uses of that key.
