Before you activate

  • Updating form blocks replaces the complete block array. Read the form first and preserve the blocks you want to keep.

Tally Workflow templates

Tally · Google Tasks

Create Google Tasks from new Tally submissions

Create one task for each new completed submission to selected Tally forms. Connect Tally and Google Tasks, select the forms and a task list. The task title uses the form name; notes include the submission ID and timestamp. Add your own form-answer mappings if needed. Existing submissions are not backfilled. Manual reruns may create duplicate tasks. Pausing stops the Tally subscription when no active consumer needs it. Google Tasks has no webhook subscriptions of its own.

Tally · Google Sheets

Log new Tally submissions in Google Sheets

Append one row for each new completed submission to selected Tally forms. Connect Tally through OAuth, select the forms, then select a Google Sheets spreadsheet and worksheet. Columns A-D contain Form name, Submission ID, Form ID and Submission time UTC. An empty worksheet works; headers are optional. This starter records submission metadata; add answer mappings for your form if needed. Answers, uploaded files and signed preview/PDF links are not copied. Existing submissions are not backfilled. RAW preserves formula-looking form names as text. Manual reruns can append duplicate rows. Pausing the workflow removes its webhook subscription when no active consumer still needs it.
