Log new Todoist tasks in Google Sheets
Add one row to Google Sheets when a new Todoist task is created. Connect Todoist and Google Sheets, then use Browse to choose the destination spreadsheet and worksheet. Columns A-D contain Task name, Task ID, Project ID and Event time UTC, in that order. An empty worksheet works; headers are optional. The Todoist trigger receives item:added events across the connected account's accessible projects. Existing tasks are not backfilled, and updates or completions do not add rows. Descriptions and collaborator identities are not copied. Task names become visible to everyone with access to the spreadsheet. RAW input preserves formula-looking task names as text. Manual reruns can append duplicate rows. Pausing the Workflow disables this consumer while the shared Todoist app webhook remains installed.

2. Google Sheets · Append the new task to the worksheet
Post newly added Todoist tasks to a selected Slack channel. OAuth data:read_write covers the connected account, and this trigger receives item:added events across its accessible projects. The message includes task content, task ID, project ID and event time; descriptions, collaborator identities and emails are omitted. Content becomes visible to channel members. Uses plain text with link and media previews disabled. Existing tasks are not backfilled. Updates and completions do not emit this creation alert. Pause disables this consumer; the shared app webhook remains installed. Review the destination and use a fictional test task before activation.
