Notify Slack about new ActiveCampaign subscribers

Notify a Slack channel when a contact subscribes to an ActiveCampaign list. Connect ActiveCampaign and Slack, then select the destination Slack channel. The trigger listens for subscribe webhooks from the connected ActiveCampaign account. A prepared Filter ignores ActiveCampaign placeholder subscriptions whose list ID is 0. FastHook retrieves the current contact and list before sending a plain-text message with the subscriber name, email address, list name and subscription time. The fictional example uses German characters and contains no real customer data. Only subscriptions received after activation are processed; existing list members, contact updates, campaign activity and unsubscribes are excluded. ActiveCampaign can send a subscribe webhook when a contact is subscribed through the UI, an automation, a form or the API. The connected account must still be able to read both the contact and list when the workflow runs. Contact custom fields, tags, phone numbers, campaign history and other profile data are not copied. Subscriber identity becomes visible to members of the selected Slack channel. Wait for the Trigger to show Connected before adding a test subscriber. Link and media previews are disabled. Provider retries or repeated subscriptions may post a duplicate notification.
