Transcript ready
Delivered after the conversation ends and post-call analysis completes. Both completion and transcript triggers use ElevenLabs post_call_transcription; this is not an immediate hangup signal.
Ready-made Workflow
Connect your own ElevenLabs key with ElevenAgents Write and Webhooks Access, then choose a dedicated agent without an existing agent or inherited workspace post-call webhook. FastHook manages the signed subscription. Only new matching events after activation are processed; historical conversations are not imported. When the final consumer stops, FastHook removes its owned webhook during the next 15-minute reconciliation cycle. Connect Google Sheets. The first event automatically creates a spreadsheet and headers; later events reuse that file in this workflow copy. A visible Loop appends one row per transcript turn, including conversation ID, agent ID, event time, turn index, speaker, time in call and message. Text is written as RAW, preserving quotes, newlines and formula-like text without evaluation. The trigger arrives after post-call processing and shares the native event used by Conversation completed. Up to 1,000 turns per conversation are supported; an empty transcript creates no turn rows. Each appended turn consumes an Action execution. Choose appropriate access for the transcript archive. Testing the creation Action creates a file; manual reruns can duplicate transcript rows.
