Create Outlook Calendar events from new Google Calendar events

Create a matching Outlook Calendar event whenever a new timed event is added to Google Calendar. Connect Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, browse to the source calendar, and optionally choose the destination Outlook calendar. The primary Google calendar and default Outlook calendar work without extra selection. A Filter skips all-day events because Microsoft Graph requires explicit start and end times for this mapping. Two Formatter steps convert RFC 3339 timestamps and their offsets to UTC before the Outlook event is created. The event title and Google Calendar link are copied; descriptions, locations, attendees, conferencing details and attachments are not copied. No invitations or emails are sent. Activate the workflow and let the first Google Calendar poll establish a baseline before creating a test event. Existing events, all-day events, later edits, cancellations and deletions are not synchronized. Includes a fictional Berlin planning example with German characters. The Outlook event uses UTC internally and displays in the destination calendar timezone. Manual reruns can create duplicate events. This is one-way event creation, not a two-way calendar sync.
