Ready-made Workflow

Create Google Calendar events from new Google Sheets rows

Turn a spreadsheet schedule into Google Calendar events. Add Title, Start and End headers in row 1, then append one complete event per row. Start and End must be RFC 3339 timestamps with a time-zone offset, for example 2026-09-22T10:00:00+02:00 and 2026-09-22T11:00:00+02:00. End must be later than Start. Connect Google Sheets and Google Calendar with permission to create events, select the spreadsheet and worksheet, and choose a writable destination calendar. Includes its own fictional English planning example. Activate and let the first poll establish a baseline before adding rows. Existing rows and later edits are not imported; do not delete or reorder rows while active. Each new row creates a separate event. This is one-way event creation, not calendar synchronization or a conflict checker. It does not add attendees, send invitations or write event IDs back to the sheet. Calendar visibility and default reminders follow the destination calendar.
