Notify the requests channel
Send text, Block Kit content, attachments, or a thread reply to a channel.
Ready-made Workflow
Notify your team when a new request is added to Google Sheets. Use Title, Company, Priority and Details headers in row 1, then append one complete request per row. Connect Google Sheets and Slack, browse to your spreadsheet and worksheet, and choose a channel where the FastHook bot can post. The prepared message includes those four columns, the worksheet name, row number and spreadsheet link. Edit the mappings if your column names differ. Activate and let the first poll establish a baseline before appending rows. Existing rows and later edits are not sent; avoid deleting or reordering rows while active. Includes a fictional English request example with German characters. Messages use plain text with link previews disabled. Mapped row data becomes visible to members of the selected Slack channel; spreadsheet access permissions remain unchanged.
