Send new Jotform submissions to Slack
Notify a Slack channel whenever a response is submitted to a selected Jotform form. Connect Jotform and Slack, choose the form with the standard form browser, then browse to the Slack channel that should receive the alert. Each message includes the form ID, submission ID, submission time and a direct link to the response in Jotform Inbox. Includes its own fictional Berlin project-request example with German characters. The trigger listens for new submissions after the workflow is activated; it does not import existing responses. Answer values, uploaded files, respondent IP addresses and account details are not copied into Slack. The message uses plain text with link and media previews disabled. Jotform can omit the submission timestamp for some delivery formats, but the form and submission IDs remain available. Submitting one response should produce one alert, while a manual webhook replay can post another message. This template provides team notifications and does not modify the form or its responses.

Yes. The copied Workflow is an editable Draft. Review every Step, input, mapping, and route before you activate it.
What is copied into my workspace?
FastHook recreates the Trigger configuration, Action Steps, routes, and mappings with new IDs. Provider accounts, credentials, and secrets are never copied.
When does the Workflow start running?
Only after you connect the required accounts, finish the configuration, and explicitly activate the Draft.
