Send new Webflow CMS items to Slack
Notify a Slack channel when a CMS item is created in selected Webflow sites. Connect Webflow and Slack, choose one to five sites with the standard site browser, then browse to the Slack channel that should receive the alert. Each message includes the item name, slug, collection ID and site ID. Includes its own fictional Berlin release-note example with German characters. The trigger listens for Webflow collection_item_created webhooks after the workflow is activated; it does not import existing CMS items. Item body content, unpublished fields, collaborator details and OAuth credentials are not copied into Slack. The message uses plain text with link and media previews disabled. Webflow may retry webhook deliveries, so a provider replay can post another message. This template only sends notifications and does not publish or modify Webflow content.

Does the template copy someone else's credentials?
No. FastHook creates a disconnected Draft. Connect your own Webflow, Slack accounts before activation.
Can I change the Steps and mappings?
Yes. The copied Workflow is an editable Draft. Review every Step, input, mapping, and route before you activate it.
What is copied into my workspace?
FastHook recreates the Trigger configuration, Action Steps, routes, and mappings with new IDs. Provider accounts, credentials, and secrets are never copied.
When does the Workflow start running?
Only after you connect the required accounts, finish the configuration, and explicitly activate the Draft.
