Ready-made Workflow

Notify Slack about new Calendly bookings

Notify your team in Slack when a Calendly invitee books a meeting. Connect Calendly and Slack, use the standard Organizations browser to select the source organization, and choose a Slack channel where FastHook can post. The current Calendly subscription is user-scoped: choosing an organization does not mean every member booking is tracked. Each message includes the invitee name, booking-created timestamp, invitee timezone and Rescheduled flag. Booking-created time is not meeting start time; this template does not display meeting start or end time and is not a reminder. Calendly also sends invitee.created when a meeting is rescheduled, so a moved booking produces a new notification with Rescheduled true. Group bookings can produce one message per invitee rather than one per meeting. Cancellation and no-show events are excluded, and existing bookings are not backfilled. Wait for Connected before making a test booking. Includes its own fictional German-name example. Emails, custom answers, meeting URLs and cancel/reschedule links are not copied. Invitee names become visible to channel members. Messages use plain text with previews disabled. Calendly webhook availability depends on your plan and authorized scopes; validate with a test booking before enabling production. Manual reruns may post duplicate messages.

Questions

Template FAQ

Does the template copy someone else's credentials?

No. FastHook creates a disconnected Draft. Connect your own Calendly, Slack accounts before activation.

Can I change the Steps and mappings?

Yes. The copied Workflow is an editable Draft. Review every Step, input, mapping, and route before you activate it.

What is copied into my workspace?

FastHook recreates the Trigger configuration, Action Steps, routes, and mappings with new IDs. Provider accounts, credentials, and secrets are never copied.

When does the Workflow start running?

Only after you connect the required accounts, finish the configuration, and explicitly activate the Draft.
