Ready-made Workflow
Measure elapsed hours from the first transition out of New until Closed, including waiting time, nights and weekends. Setup: add a Text field named FastHook Start and a Number field named FastHook Hours to your ClickUp List. Connect ClickUp, select your Workspace, then adjust the field names and start/completion statuses in Choose tracking fields and statuses. Activate before starting tasks. Each status event runs the same workflow; the start timestamp stays on the ClickUp task and Formatter calculates hours at completion. Tasks without both fields are ignored. This template tracks the first cycle only: reopening preserves the result. Completion without a saved start fails visibly; simultaneous or out-of-order events may need review. Check your ClickUp Custom Field allowance. Verified with real ClickUp status changes.
