Forms → FastHook → your workflow
Free Form Builder
Build a form, copy the code, and start receiving submissions from your website. Connect your FastHook Source to a workflow to send those submissions to your apps.
1. Build your form
Free, no signup. We create the receiving URL and add it to your form automatically. The temporary address lasts seven days.
Already have a Source? Paste its generated URL here. It must accept POST with authentication set to None and a successful response.
Up to 20 fields. Field keys become the JSON keys in your Source. Your draft stays on this page until you leave or reload.
2. Preview and test
Test with sample data. This sends a real request to the URL you entered and may trigger its connected workflows.
Paste the HTTPS URL generated for your FastHook Source (https://hook-….fasthook.io/).
A successful test confirms receipt by the Source, not completion of downstream workflows.
3. Add it to your website
Paste the complete code into a block that allows HTML, styles and JavaScript. On WordPress, use a Custom HTML block with an account and plan that allow scripts. If your editor strips scripts, the Send button will stay disabled.
Create an address for your form above to enable copying and downloading.
From a website form to your workflow
Select Create address for form to get a free receiving URL without leaving the builder, or paste an existing Source URL. Then test with sample data and copy your embed code. Each submission arrives as a JSON object using the field keys you chose. Text and number inputs arrive as strings; checkboxes arrive as true or false.
The builder is free. Receiving and processing submissions uses your Source’s normal plan limits and retention. A temporary request bin expires after seven days; save it to your account or use a permanent Source before publishing your form.
What this first version supports
Text, email, phone, number, long text, and checkbox fields, required fields, ordering, a live preview, and HTML export. The generated form displays confirmation after its Source returns a successful HTTP response and keeps entries if acceptance cannot be confirmed.
Use a Source with authentication set to None that accepts POST and returns a successful response. This version does not provide file uploads, CAPTCHA, or server-side validation of your form’s required fields. Browser validation helps visitors fill in the form; validate important data in your workflow too. The public endpoint can receive submissions from anyone who knows its URL.
