Connect your account

Connect each customer's Klaviyo account through OAuth. FastHook uses PKCE, encrypts renewable credentials, and requests only the scopes required by the selected Trigger or Action.

  1. In FastHook Sources or a Workflow Action, choose Klaviyo and select Connect account.
  2. Sign in to the customer's Klaviyo account and approve the requested access.
  3. Choose New Profile or New Event. For events, optionally select one metric.
  4. Map profile, list, or event fields into Klaviyo Actions, test the Workflow, then activate it.

Working with Klaviyo

New Profile and New Event poll every five minutes and keep a timestamp plus IDs at that timestamp, so equal-time records are not lost or emitted twice.

New Event can watch every metric or one selected metric. Related metric and profile resources are included with the event when Klaviyo returns them.

Klaviyo System Webhooks are limited to eligible Advanced KDP customers and app partners, so FastHook uses the public Events and Profiles APIs for broad customer compatibility.

Create Event accepts an email profile identifier and optional properties, unique ID, value, and historical RFC 3339 time.

Custom API Request stays on https://a.klaviyo.com/api/ and cannot override the host or authorization header.
