  • Create Task
  • Update Task
  • Get Task
  • Delete Task
  • Add Task Comment
  • Set Custom Field
  • Custom API Request

Map task details

ClickUp webhooks frequently send a task ID and change history. Use Get Task before mapping the current task name or description to another app. Delete events provide the ID of a task that can no longer be retrieved.

For new tasks, select a List inside a Space or Folder. Enter a status that exists in that List. Due dates use Unix milliseconds; Custom Field values use the JSON shape accepted by their field type.

Connection and delivery

Tokens and webhook secrets are encrypted. FastHook verifies each webhook signature and suppresses duplicate deliveries. Disconnect the FastHook account to remove its managed subscriptions; revoke FastHook in ClickUp API settings to remove access there.
